If you need to cancel your reservation, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund or credit. This allows us to offer availability to other paddlers and keep our schedule running smoothly.
Refund Method:
All refunds are issued in the form of a Gift Card. This Gift Card can be used for future bookings or shared with friends and family who may want to experience the beauty of the Susquehanna River.
Operator Cancellation:
In the rare event that we, Susquehanna Kayak and Canoe Rentals, need to cancel a reservation due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit.

No-Show Policy:
