Safety

You must assume responsibility for your own safety and many decisions
affecting your safety. All participants must be in good physical condition
and must be able to swim.

You must wear your life vest at all times on the river and while swimming.
 Any outdoor activity poses inherent hazards and risks including but
not limited to serious and permanent injury and death.; and, in
addition, adverse weather and river conditions can pose additional
hazards and risks. Through your participations, you are knowingly assuming
the risks that arise out of that activity.

All participants are required to sign a liability and consent form prior
to their trip. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian's
signature. We do not assume liability for personal injuries or death or
for loss of or damage to personal property.

River conditions may vary. Paddle at your own risk. We will not
travel if river conditions are unsafe.
